Full service overall body workouts start with proper stretching. We transition on to core and abdominal work, followed by standard free weight training, mixing in cardio activity.

We recommend cardio activity just about every day (30-40 minutes) and weight barring exercise every other day. Most people train with me about 2 times per week for personal training.

There are several criteria for finding a personal trainer. You must find a nationally Certified Personal Trainer, Certified by the ACE and AMFPT.

The personal trainer should also be able to give references and be able to advise you on weight, aerobic training and diet.
