Started a Bootcamp in Lenox park on tuesday's, still room and time in this 8 week round. Would love to bring the fitness to your neighborhood, work or gym.
Here is a new workout program to keep your self in shape and to get into spring shape and ready for the pool and beach!. Looking to restart the group fitness classes within the next couple of weeks, boot camps and semi private classes and get that New Years fitness rosolution going I can come to you and bring a group to join you, or you can join one of my groups. Start with 5-15 warmup, which can include abs and core work and lite stretching. Please consult your doctor or other health pro before starting any exercise program. This program is designed for healthy people without injury and this program was designed for a 30 year old man, please start slowly and buildup to this program. For this program reps go first, weight second possition.
