Available for coaching groups, private sessions, clinics and workout sessions, Fitness with Jeff is an Atlanta fitness trainer and tennis instructor who can help you lose weight and inches, improve your strength/endurance and meet your personal fitness goals and even improve your tennis game.

I do an overall body workout, starting with
stretching and going on to core and abdominal work, followed by standard weight training, mixing in cardio activity.

I recommend cardio activity just about every day (30-40 minutes), weight barring exercise every other day, most people train with me about 2 times per week for personal training.

Things to look for when shopping for a personal trainer...

The personal trainer who offers fitness training should find out about your needs and give a plan to structure your workout around those needs and expectations. Ask the fitness trainer if they are nationally certified and how many years they have been in practice and don’t be afraid to ask for references.

Can the trainer perform body fat analysis and speak intelligently about nutrition. You should speak to several trainers and find the one you feel most comfortable with, maybe even do a session with a couple to find the best fit, watch out for anyone trying to make you jump into a package before a initial meeting, I offer a money back guarantee anytime during that initial meeting.
